We are thrilled to offer an opportunity to feature local culinary talent, foodies, and bloggers at the Utah State Fair, the largest event in the state! Please remember that these food demonstrations are offered to provide marketing exposure for you and/or your brand to our Fair audience (of over 300,000 attendees and 52,000 social media followers) rather than for financial gain.

Submission of this application does not guarantee a demonstration at the Utah State Fair, nor does it constitute any agreement with the Utah State Fair to provide space, services, or compensation. Additionally, a previous food demonstration at the Fair does not guarantee a demonstration in this or any future fair. If you have applied or demonstrated at the Fair before, an application will still be necessary. Thank you!

Demonstrating at the Fair is an opportunity for marketing your product, service, or person. Food demonstrators are not compensated financially, however, all selected demonstrators will receive two admission tickets to the 2024 Utah State Fair to be used the day of their demonstration (one for themselves and one guest) and a parking pass.
All food demonstrators need to supply their own ingredients and cooking equipment for their dishes. These items can often be tax deductible for marketing your business. We will have a few basics onsite (salt, pepper, spray oil, etc.) and some basic cookware.
We ask all food demonstrators to give away copies of their recipes to the audience and make recipes available to the Fair for publication (such as social media, Pinterest, etc.) upon request. Credit will be given to the demonstrator or recipe developer.
We also encourage demonstrators to bring a giveaway item to give away to an audience member.
