Schedule and Special Rules

Check-in: All animals must be checked-in and in their assigned coops by 9:00 a.m. each morning.

No vehicles will be allowed onsite while the fair is open. Drop-off by vehicle can be done by appointment after 9:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday night or prior to 8:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday mornings. Golf Carts will be available to help haul animals in if needed.

Check-out: no animals will be allowed to leave the building without a check-out slip signed by barn supervisors, superintendents, or the show secretary. Animals may leave as needed throughout the day with prior approval by show superintendent. The preference is for all animals to stay throughout the fair and leave after 9:00 p.m. or anytime Sunday.

Special Rules & Animal Care

Animals will be assigned a coop space by breed. Grooming/exhibitor stations will be mapped out and available on a first come basis. No grooming or handling of rabbits will be allowed in the aisles. This keeps our aisles clear and also helps us keep fair patrons from feeling free to handle the animals.

All animals will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. The exhibitor must bring feed and water containers and provide their own feed.

Show coops are set on tables with shavings (provided by the fair) on them. Exhibitors are responsible to plan and prepare to accommodate their animals as needed.

All carriers and supplies may be stored under the tables. The aisles need to remain clear.

The building will be LOCKED and secured at 9:30 p.m. each night. Plan accordingly.
